Centre has been in the field of holistic veterinary practice for twenty years. Its Practice Principal, Christopher Day (holistic
vet, homeopathic vet, herbal vet and acupuncture vet) has been practising natural medicine for 37 years. Our aim is to
provide the best possible holistic treatment for your animal, in a caring and homely environment.

At the Alternative Veterinary Medicine Centre, we provide expertise in veterinary homeopathy, veterinary
acupuncture, veterinary herbal medicine, chiropractic manipulation, natural feeding advice, aromatherapy, biochemic tissue
salts, Bach Flowers, ultrasound therapy and LASER therapy.
We treat dogs, cats and other small animals at our premises. We travel to treat all or any species
of animal, including horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, llamas, alpacas, cattle, sheep, pigs, dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, poultry
and other birds.
For each case, we aim to select the best and most appropriate therapy or integrated combination to
the individual needs of the patient. We have learnt to trust the innate healing capability of animals, given the appropriate
stimulus, so that even some of the most surprising cases can reward with positive results.
We also offer online video consultations for those who are too distant to travel, who live abroad or who cannot travel to us for other reasons [UK & worldwide].
This service is also available for horses. Of course, hands-on therapies (e.g. Acupuncture, Chriropractic Manipulation, LASER) are not available by this route.

Our premises is an old farmhouse, set in a few acres of organically-run pastures, woodland
and preserved wetland.
